Entry Rules & Guidelines
Deadline: Photographs must be received by 5:00pm on December 1, 2025.
Eligible:
All members of the public.
NOT Eligible:
Teton Valley Parks and Recreation Employees & Commissioners
Entry Rules:
Photographs must follow the theme: photos of Teton Valley scenery and recreation. Examples: Facilities in your town-playgrounds, ball fields, pathways, gymnasiums, people playing sports, Teton Views, Teton River Views, fall leaves changing, etc.
Photographs must be the property of the entrant.
Photographs must be taken within the county limits of Teton County, ID.
It is the responsibility of the photographer to obtain permission rights if photographing individuals.
Teton Valley Parks & Recreation District is not responsible for lost or misdirected entries.
Entrants can submit unlimited photos, but can only win one (1) gift card.
Submission:
High resolution (300 dpi or better) with min of 1000 pixels on longest side. Photos taken with mobile phones must be taken in the highest resolution and acceptance is based on quality.
Submit to info.tvparksrec@gmail.com.
If photo size exceeds mail limits, send your photos via a Google Drive link or Dropbox.
Format your file name as SUBJECT_YOURNAME_tvphoto.jpg; Example: LionsParkDriggs_JaneDoe_tvphoto.jpg.
Include your name, phone number and email address in the body of the email.
Unlimited submissions. Get snapping.
NOT Accepted:
Slides, photocopies, framed/mounted/matted prints.
Photographs with obscene or inappropriate content will not be considered.
Manipulation of digital images should be limited to traditional printing techniques, such as changing saturation and contrast, burning-in and dodging, eliminating dust spots, etc. Images in which content has been altered (elements eliminated, added, rearranged, photoshopped, etc.) will not be accepted.
Judging & Awards:
Entries will be reviewed by Teton Valley Parks and Recreation District.
Photographs will be selected based on photographic quality and how an image illustrates Teton County Idaho’s recreation amenities.
All qualifying entrants will be entered in a drawing for one of three (3) $50 gift card from the Teton Valley business of your choice!
Entrants may have their photographs published on the District website, social media media or printed materials.
Any entry may be used for promotional and advertising purposes in multiple Parks & Recreation District communications.
Judges reserve the right to disqualify any entrant.
